1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OnlyCoins ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You may only hold one personal account.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access certain features, you may be required to complete identity verification (including KYC checks). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload.
  • By posting on OnlyCoins, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform as needed to operate the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OnlyCoins to:

  • Share illegal or harmful content.
  • Share non-consensual, abusive, or exploitative material.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraud, scams, money laundering, or unauthorised financial activity.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or misuse the platform.

6. Crypto Payments and Wallets

  • OnlyCoins supports payments primarily in USDC on BASE network and may support additional cryptocurrencies at our discretion.
  • All transactions are handled via third-party payment processors or wallet integrations. OnlyCoins does not store private keys on your behalf.
  • Volatility: Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. OnlyCoins is not responsible for any change in value once a transaction is completed.
  • Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
  • KYC/AML: Depending on your activity, you may be required to complete additional Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, particularly if payments exceed regulatory thresholds.
  • Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Users (Fans/Supporters)

As a user accessing content:

  • You may purchase subscriptions, tips, or content unlocks as made available by creators.
  • Payments are final, except as required by law or our refund policy.
  • You may not redistribute, record, or publicly share creator content outside the platform.
  • Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Creators

As a creator publishing content:

  • You must comply with all content standards outlined in these Terms.
  • You are responsible for setting prices for tips, subscriptions, and content unlocks.
  • You authorise OnlyCoins to collect payments on your behalf and remit them after applicable fees.
  • Payouts may be subject to holding periods, transfer limits, or additional KYC/AML checks.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on income earned through the platform.
  • Misuse of the platform (fraud, unauthorised activity, or prohibited content) may result in withheld payouts or account termination.

9. Payments and Fees

  • OnlyCoins charges service fees on transactions, which may vary by activity.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, conversion fees, or charges.
  • OnlyCoins is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions outside of our control.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if necessary.

11. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your conduct on the platform, the content you publish, and for ensuring compliance with relevant laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyCoins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions, such as liability limitations, survive termination.

15. Governing Law
