OnlyCoins Refunds & Disputes Policy

(Supplement to the OnlyCoins Terms of Service)

This policy explains how refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled on OnlyCoins. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. General Principle

  • All transactions on OnlyCoins are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly provided in this policy.
  • Because blockchain transactions (e.g. USDC transfers) are irreversible, refunds cannot be guaranteed once processed.

2. Subscriptions and Tips

  • Payments for subscriptions, tips, or one-time content unlocks are non-refundable.
  • Users should carefully review Creator profiles and content previews before making a purchase.

3. Technical Errors

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a platform error.
  • A system malfunction prevented access to purchased content.
  • A transaction failed but funds were deducted.

Any such claims must be submitted to support@onlycoins.example.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Creator Misconduct

Refunds may be granted if:

  • A Creator is proven to have misrepresented content.
  • A Creator's account is suspended for violating the Terms of Service.

Refund eligibility is determined at OnlyCoins' sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

  • Users must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes directly through their bank or payment provider without contacting OnlyCoins support first.
  • Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of the user's account.
  • If a chargeback is successful, OnlyCoins reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount (plus fees) from the Creator's earnings.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes between Users and Creators should first be reported to OnlyCoins support.
  • OnlyCoins will investigate and may request additional information from both parties.
  • Our decision will be final and binding within the platform.

7. Crypto Transactions

  • Refunds in cryptocurrency will be returned in the same token (e.g. USDC), subject to transaction fees.
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the value of the token at the time of refund, not at the time of the original payment.
  • OnlyCoins is not responsible for any loss due to volatility in cryptocurrency prices.

8. Final Authority

OnlyCoins reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or dispute claim at its sole discretion.
